We are excited to welcome Dr. Jose Taboada as the newest postdoctoral researcher in our laboratory. With a PhD in Electrical Engineering and a specialization in wide bandgap semiconductor devices, Jose brings a strong background in device fabrication, advanced material analysis, and a passion for hands-on research.

Jose’s expertise in β-Ga₂O₃ diodes and novel doping techniques will contribute to ongoing projects in sensing, power electronics, and nano-engineered materials. Beyond his technical strengths, he is also known for his enthusiasm in mentoring, interdisciplinary collaboration, and good humor—making him a fantastic addition to the team.
